Politan Real Estate represented Mango Mango to lease a 200 sq. ft retail kiosk located in Queens Center Mall in Rego Park. The kiosk is on the third floor of Queens Center Mall and was made with a custom build out.

This unique location was sold at full asking price of $1,300,000. The seller was able to obtain her own client at a lower price. After a furious round of cold calls, we were able to find another buyer that really wanted the space. They ended up bidding it up to full ask, and it could have got even higher but the seller said she was satisfied and sold it right there.
