This unique location was sold at full asking price of $1,300,000. The seller was able to obtain her own client at a lower price. After a furious round of cold calls, we were able to find another buyer that really wanted the space. They ended up bidding it up to full ask, and it could have got even higher but the seller said she was satisfied and sold it right there.
